Having opened on Christmas Day 2013 we were delighted in April 2014 to be the third establishment in the County to receive Cumbria Tourism's Superior Award. Then in May 2014 we were further pleased to receive Visit England's 4* Gold Award and their Breakfast Award. In June 2016 we received the Cumbria Tourism award of 'B&B of the Year 2016' at a wonderful ceremony at Cartmel racetrack.
